Announcement of the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Kunming
Regarding Visa Applications and Issuance

Applicants for Thai visas are advised as follows:
- In accordance with the “Declaration” that applicants are required to sign and submit in the e-Visa system, each applicant is personally responsible for the authenticity of all documents being submitted to support their visa application, whether issued by Thai, Chinese, or other government authorities and agencies, International Organisations, other organisations and companies. Please note that this applies even if another person or entity (including agents) has submitted the visa application and documents for you.
- If you submit any false, incomplete or incorrect documents, or provide false or misleading information, your visa will be refused. In addition, if documents issued by agencies under the Royal Thai Government, or other Thai entities, are found to have been forged, falsified, or adjusted without proper authorisation, the Royal Thai Consulate - General may inform the issuing entities in Thailand, where legal action may be taken against you.
- The grant of a visa by the Royal Thai Consulate - General does not guarantee that you will be permitted to enter the Kingdom of Thailand. The final decision rests with the Immigration Officer at the point of entry, where other relevant information and considerations may be taken into account.

泰王国驻昆明总领事馆关于签证申请和签发的通知

建议泰国签证申请人:
1、根据申请人在电子签证系统中需要签署和提交的“声明”，每个申请人对提交的支持其签证申请的所有文件的真实性负责，无论是由泰国、中国或其他政府部门和机构、国际组织、其他机构及公司出具的。请注意，即使其他个人或实体(包括代理)已经为您提交了签证申请和文件，此规定也适用。
2、如果您提交任何虚假、不完整或不正确的文件，或提供虚假或误导性的信息，您的签证将被拒签。此外，如果泰王国政府下属机构或其他泰国实体签发的文件被发现未经授权被伪造或改动，泰王国总领事馆可能会通知在泰国的签发实体，届时可能会对您采取法律行动。
3、泰王国总领事馆签发的签证并不能保证您将被允许进入泰王国。入境口岸的移民官将对其他相关信息进行考量并作出最终决定。
